Jetstream Technical Support

Product Background

In the US, new third-tier carriers are emerging to fill the void left where US commuter airlines have scaled back or eliminated 19-seat operations to concentrate on larger markets which support aircraft of 30 seats or greater. Concurrently, European, Australasian and Latin American regional airlines are initiating turboprop feed and point-to-point services in a manner similar to US commuter services. The Jetstream is the turboprop to efficiently and profitably satisfy this new growing marketplace.

The Jetstream 31 and Jetstream 32EP offer the largest cabin in the 19-seat class of aircraft and have been proven to be both safe and economical in worldwide operation. The aircraft are flying throughout the world in 18/19 seat Commuter, 8-12 seat Corporate Shuttle, Air Ambulance and other Special Role Configurations.

BAE SYSTEMS now offers previously operated Jetstream 31 and 32EP aircraft with aggressive sale or lease arrangements available worldwide:

  1. Only 19-seater to offer toilet and galley facilities
  2. Fleet average dispatch reliability of 99%
  3. Exceptional passenger comfort - largest cabin in its class
  4. Comprehensive spares and support package
  5. Lowest cost 19-seater
  • Aggressive market-driven lease rates and purchase prices
  • Typical DOC of US$500-580 per hour
